The DB Academies are a series of different academies and camps for all ages and abilities! We are currently hosting DB Academies in the Yorkshire region. We have academies in cricket and hockey and are currently expanding into the rugby and netballing worlds! Welcome to DBAcademy.
Our aim is to teach and enhance all the fundamentals of sport and develop a culture of excellence while utilising the best coaching principles and facilities available.We strive for quality in action, through respect, honesty, support, communication and trust, so as to build lasting relationships with our members.

Charlie really enjoyed the experience and wants to be involved in next years DBCA now.
Ideal length of sessions, 15 weeks about right, the boys found the sessions informative, competitive and enjoyable. William and Mat will certainly join again next season.
I liked the ladders as you need to concentrate and work hard. The bleep test got easier, second and third time a lot easier. One of the best sessions was when we were in pairs and you needed to do different shots and then when we put it all into a game that was great too.
I enjoyed the coaching with all the fielding tasks. I liked the game situations in the middle. When we had to follow instructions to different shots, eg, ducking and the forward defensive shot I learnt a lot. My bowling has improved enormously with understanding the corridor and working on strengthening my core. I enjoyed learning the technique of throwing by using your arm to aim at the target. My batting has improved enormously with the trigger movement.
