We undertake to provide a high quality programme.We provide a staff:child ratio of at least 1:12 (1:6 for more demanding skills).
We provide full insurance.
All sessions shall have a minimum of two staff.
There is a strict negative behaviour policy.
A qualified first aider shall be present at all times.
All clothing footwear and kit shall be provided from home - a letter shall be sent confirming this information prior to the first session.
In case of sickness parents must be available to collect their child.
